If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit is forfeited. If you have a pre-paid package, one session will be deducted instead of a fee for cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours. Cancellations or rescheduling appointments are not accepted via email; please call or text at (917) 415-7480. If you are running late to your appointment, we will do my best to accommodate you based on our schedule. Arriving 15 minutes late requires rescheduling, and fees still apply. We respect your time and expect the same courtesy. In the event of a no show, the full treatment fee will be charged to your reserved card on file. NO REFUNDS.
